About us
By day I'm behind a desk running Hobbs House Bakery but before this I was a chef with a history in some of London's top kitchens and a cooking show 'The Fabulous Baker Brothers' with my brother Tom. I started cooking in this Nailsworth bakery kitchen when I was 16 and I'm excited to be cooking here again. Every feast is unique and curated depending on what is in season and inspiring Jess and I. We host a feast once every 6 weeks in our small bakery in Nailsworth, 6 courses of delicious food by candlelight and an abundance of flowers.
